A school runs on information: who enrolled, who came today, who passed and who still owes fees. When that information sits in registers, Excel files and ledgers, everyone spends time looking for it. Our school management system puts it in one place, with a separate portal for each person who needs it.
Admission forms arrive on paper, get typed into Excel, and then someone types the same details again when the student joins. Mistakes creep in at every step.
Teachers mark attendance on paper and keep marks in their own sheets. Making report cards at the end of term turns into a long, tiring job.
Parents pay at the office, by bank or through mobile wallets like bKash or Nagad. Matching all of it in a ledger and chasing overdue fees takes the accounts team days.
Parents want to know about homework, attendance and results. Without a portal, the only way to find out is to call or visit, and teachers get interrupted all day.
Education
A school website with online admissions, joined to a full school management system and separate portals for administrators, teachers, students, parents, counsellors and accountants: timetable, attendance, assignments, exams, results, fees and messaging.
A typical school keeps admissions in one file, attendance in a register, marks in teachers' own sheets and fees in a ledger. Each part works on its own, but nothing talks to anything else. When a parent asks how their child is doing, someone has to collect answers from four places. A school management system keeps one record per student and shows each person the part they need.
It starts with admissions. Families fill in an online form with student details, academic background, guardian information and documents. Counsellors review applications, schedule interviews and make offers. When an application is approved, the system creates the student record, the guardian account and the course enrolments in one step.
During term, teachers see today's lessons, take registers, set assignments that students submit online, and grade them. Exams are scheduled with clash checks, and results are published only when the school is ready. GPA and report cards come straight from those results. The accountant raises fee invoices, records payments and follows up on overdue accounts. Parents log in to see all of this for each of their children, so they call the school far less.
Every school has its own classes, subjects, grading rules and fee structure. Amt Stack takes a working system and sets it up around yours instead of asking you to change how you teach. We start by learning your current process, then configure your programmes, classes, timetable and fees. Staff get training before the new term begins, and we stay on hand for support and changes as your school grows.
The cost depends on which features you need, how many students and staff will use it, and how much we customise. Contact us with your school's details and we will prepare a quote.
Fees can be shown in BDT, and the system records payments by card, mobile wallet or at the school office. If you need Bangla on the parent or student portals, tell us during planning and we will include it in your setup.
That depends on the size of your school, how many classes and subjects you have, and how much existing data needs to move over. We usually plan around the start of a term so teachers are not switching mid-year. You will get a clear timeline once we know your needs.
Your school owns all student, parent and staff data. Each person signs in to their own portal and sees only their part. We agree on hosting, access rights and backups with you before going live.
Yes. The parent portal lets a parent switch between their children to check attendance, results, homework, timetable and fees without separate accounts.
