Logistics software
Customers keep calling to ask where their goods are. Dispatchers assign trucks from memory, and delivery proof comes back on paper. Our logistics system gives your office, your drivers and your customers one live view of every shipment.
Bookings, driver updates and changes all happen in phone calls and WhatsApp chats. When someone is off sick, nobody can find what was agreed.
Customers have no way to track goods themselves, so your support team spends the day answering the same question again and again.
Signed challans come back late, get damaged or go missing. Without them, disputes drag on and invoices go out late.
Fitness, tax token and route permit dates sit in a file. A truck can be stopped on the highway because a document ran out and nobody noticed.
Logistics
A logistics company website with public tracking and instant quotes, joined to an operations console for shipments, dispatch, routes, warehouses, fleet, invoicing and support, plus a customer portal and a mobile driver app with proof of delivery.
A freight or delivery business has many moving parts: customers, hubs, trucks, drivers and money. In many Bangladeshi companies, these are tied together with phone calls, WhatsApp groups and spreadsheets. That works for a handful of vehicles. As the fleet grows, nobody has a single view of what is moving, what is late and what has not been billed.
A customer books on your website or customer portal, or asks for a quote that your quote desk turns into a booking. The shipment gets a waybill. Your dispatcher assigns it to a driver and a route on the dispatch board, and the board checks your rules while they work. Warehouse staff manage inbound and outbound flow and hub capacity.
On the road, the driver opens the app to see today's stops, calls the receiver and navigates with Google Maps. When they reach a stop, the customer's tracking page updates straight away. At delivery, the driver takes a signature and photo. That closes the shipment and creates a draft invoice for your accountant. If a delivery fails, the driver reports the problem from the app.
The control-centre dashboard shows exceptions, pickups, fleet and warehouse use, and revenue. Analytics cover on-time rate, delivery time and vehicle use, and ten reports can be exported.
Amt Stack starts from a working system and adjusts it to your hubs, vehicle types, pricing and roles. We map your current booking and dispatch process, set up your rate card and users, and train dispatchers and drivers before launch. After go-live, we stay available for support and further changes.
It depends on the features you need, the number of hubs and vehicles, and how many staff, drivers and customers will log in. Share your setup with us and we will send a quote.
We set up the system for your own hubs, routes and rate card. If your drivers or customers need Bangla screens, tell us during planning and we will include that in the scope.
Timing depends on how many hubs, vehicles and users you have and how much we change. Since we begin with a working system, you are not waiting for a full build. We share a timeline once we have reviewed your process.
Your company owns all of its shipment, customer and financial data. Each role signs in and sees only what it needs. We agree on hosting, access and backups with you before launch.
The driver app is built for phones first. It covers today's route, calling, navigation, proof of delivery and problem reports. We can review the phones your drivers use during setup to make sure it fits.
