Amt Stack provides custom software development, SaaS product development, business automation, and AI/ML solutions. The specific deliverables, timelines, and costs for any project will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or formal project agreement.
Unless otherwise specified in a formal contract, upon final payment for custom software development services, you will retain full intellectual property rights and ownership of the custom codebase developed specifically for your business. We retain the right to use generic, non-proprietary code frameworks and open-source libraries.
In no event shall Amt Stack, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the local laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
