Refund Policy

1. General Policy

At Amt Stack, we strive to ensure 100% satisfaction with our customized software development, AI integration, and SaaS automation services. Because our services demand extensive dedicated time and engineering resources, our refund policies are strictly structured around project milestones.

2. Project-Based Services

For custom software development and fixed-scope projects:

• Initial Deposit: Deposits (typically 30% to 50%) are non-refundable once the discovery and structural architecture phase has begun.
• Milestone Payments: Payments made upon the completion and approval of specific project milestones are entirely non-refundable as they represent work already executed and delivered.
• Cancellation: If you decide to cancel a project before completion, you will only be billed for the labor hours and resources utilized up to the exact point of cancellation. No further charges will apply.

3. Retainers & Maintenance Plans

For monthly dedicated teams or ongoing SaaS maintenance retainers:

• Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable.
• You may cancel or downgrade your retainer agreement at any time with a 30-day prior written notice.
• Any unused hours or services within the active 30-day cancellation period will not be refunded.

4. Disputes and Resolutions

We firmly believe in building functioning, high-quality software. If a delivered software system does not meet the technical specifications explicitly outlined in the agreed Statement of Work (SOW), we will allocate resources to repair and revise the bugs at no extra cost, rather than issuing a refund.
