HR, Attendance & Payroll Management System (HRMS)
A company careers website joined to a complete HR system: employee records, attendance and shifts, leave, payroll with salary structures, loans and expenses, performance reviews, recruitment and onboarding, with an employee self-service portal.
The Challenge Solved
Growing companies run HR on spreadsheets, paper attendance registers and email: payroll takes days to check by hand and still has errors, leave balances and loan deductions get disputed, documents expire without anyone noticing, reviews slip, and staff keep asking HR for payslips and leave balances.
Demonstrated with PeopleFlow, a fictional services company with about a hundred staff in 12 departments across Dhaka and Chattogram.
For the public: a company website with the story, culture, departments and benefits, plus a careers site where every role shows its salary band and closing date and candidates apply online with their CV. Applications go straight into the recruitment pipeline.
For employees: a self-service portal where each person checks in and out against their shift (by location, with late flags), sees attendance for the month, leave balances and requests, payslips (amounts hidden until they choose to show them), loans and advances, performance reviews and goals, expense claims, documents, holidays and company announcements.
Six roles:
- The Administrator sees everything, including settings.
- HR handles people, departments, documents, attendance, shifts, leave, performance, recruitment and onboarding.
- Payroll handles payroll runs, salary structures, loans and advances, and expenses.
- The Manager sees only their own team: attendance, leave approvals and performance reviews.
- The Recruiter handles jobs, the candidate pipeline and onboarding.
- The Employee uses the self-service portal.
For HR and finance: a role-aware dashboard with headcount, today's attendance, leave and approvals waiting, payroll cost, loans and alerts for expired documents or overdue reviews, plus Ctrl+K search. Behind it there is:
- An employee directory with full profiles, reporting lines, grades, documents and history.
- Departments with headcount, payroll cost and budget.
