The Challenge Solved
Hospitals and clinics take most appointments by phone, so lines are busy, doctors' slots are tracked on paper or spreadsheets, and patients can't see who is available or what a visit costs.
Demonstrated with Meridian Health, a sample hospital group with eight branches in Dhaka, Chattogram, Sylhet and Khulna. Patients find a specialist by department, branch and day, see fees and clinic times, and book a slot in seven short steps. The front desk confirms every booking by phone.
The operations panel is built for the front desk and management: today's schedule with check-in, pending requests, doctor rosters and weekly sessions, patient records, inquiries, reviews and appointment reports.
The demo uses fictional sample data, and changes are saved in your browser only. Use Settings → Demo data → Reset demo data to start again.
